What is the date of your event?

What time do gates open?

  • Evening starts at 5.30pm
  • Bonfire will be lit at 6.30pm 
  • Fireworks start at 7.15pm
  • Event finishes at 9pm
     

Where can I buy my tickets?

  • You can purchase tickets online here  until 5pm on the day.  Tickets bought in advance online cost:

    Adults (16 yrs and over):  £7 
    Children (4 to 15 yrs):  £4
    Family (2 adults, 3 children):  £20
    Over 65s:  £6
     

Can I buy tickets on the gate?

  • Yes you can purchase tickets on the gate.  These will be card purchases - NO cash.  Please note this is a slightly more expensive option:

    Adults (16 yrs and over):  £8
    Children (4 to 15 yrs):  £5
    Family (2 adults 3 children):  £22
    Over 65s:  £7
     

Is there disabled parking and access?

  • Please see the map on our Welcome page highlighting our dedicated disabled access and viewing area.
  • We will reserve a few disabled parking places by this entrance and you are welcome to park on the roads throughout Wrotham Village. 
  • Entrance into the grounds is wheelchair accessible, stewards will be on hand if assistance is required.
  • Free carer entry is permitted with a paid ticket for disabled person.
     

Are pets allowed?

  • NO - animals are NOT allowed at this event.  
  • We are very conscious that fireworks can cause a lot of stress to animals.  If this is a concern to you, you may like to refer to this advice supplied by Medivet.
     

Where is the event held?

  • Wrotham Cricket Ground, TN15 7AP
     

Where can I park?

  • You are welcome to park on the roads throughout Wrotham village, we just ask you be respectful to residents. 
     

Are there toilets onsite?

  • Toilets are available across the road in the village hall, hands will be stamped for re-entry to the event.
     

Will there be music?

  • Yes, local band the Baggy Boys will be performing.
     

Will there be stalls and fairground rides?

  • Yes it will be a 'all the fun at the fair' firework night.
     

What are the safety procedures for the night?

Will there be medical cover?

Can I get a refund for my tickets?

  • No, as we are a charity we are not able to refund tickets.  However, we will obviously refund all tickets if our event should not go ahead for any reason.
     

May I join the committee?

  • Yes we are always looking for committee members and volunteers for the event.  Please come and see us on the night.
